Microsoft libraries are no longer included with the product downloads.  To assure the correct version of the system libraries were installed on your computer, a copy of the Microsoft Dynamic Link Libraries (DLL) were included in the download and placed in the product install directory.  If CleanReg immediately aborts with a DLL not found error, download the zip and copy the contents to CleanReg install directory.
